Police in India say the alleged leader of an organ trafficking network may now have fled the country. Dr Ahmed Kumar is on the run after a raid on a private hospital in Delhi where he is thought to have performed hundreds of illegal organ transplants. Many of his alleged victims were poor immigrant laborers whose organs were sold to wealthy patients. Al Jazeera's Matt McClure reports from the Indian capital.
