It might be hard to pronounce, but a Nigerian name meaning "God has made me happy" was too good to pass up for one Alberta family.
Their son was the only one among nearly 25,000 boys born in Alberta last year to be named Oluwatimilehin.
His name was among those of 48,589 child monikers bestowed by Alberta parents in 2007, a new birth record for the province according to Service Alberta.
The previous record of 45,465 births was set in 1983.
For the seventh year in a row, Ethan was the most popular name for boys, chosen by 373 families.
