Much of what they criticize (the lion feedings, the restaurant serving dog) just doesn't get me up in arms the way it probably does some.
The tight captivity and such should change, but a lot of Canadian zoos weren't horribly different. The article put me off very quickly with a seemingly 'we're better than them angle'. I find that very frustrating and hard to get past.
I'll leave it at that.
