Now, did the actual documents say anything about 'turning people gay'? Or did they talk about making them so horny they'd even turn to eachother for relief. Because, it seems to me that would be a good weapon. It would seriously distract rival troops.

It struck me that the 'turning people gay' was the wording of the people discussing the document, not the document itself.

what hten they realized some may be spanish... and the spanish can kill for love...

that would be a devastating weapon to macho guys.. .. but how would they test it?

I'm geussing the pentagon has probably considered many many many odd weapons in addition to simply lethal ones.
