India is having a problem with the Maoist rebels in its northeast sector over their oil and gas being sold without re-investing any of the profits in the land, schools or people where it is taken from. So the IMF and World Bank Wolfie are convincing them to build a pipeline across unstable Pakistan to get gas from Iran (after the USA and Isreal take it over). Nothing like pre-existing orders before you go to war.
