The Columbine shooting happened EXACTLY when the anti-gun crowd needed a newsworthy incident to halt the adoption of concealed carry laws by the states, laws which had in every case resulted in lowered crime everywhere where the citizens were allowed to carry weapons. There are serious questions about what happened at Columbine, including the issue of additional shooters, whether the patsies really did shoot themselves, and why the FBI agent in charge did not recuse himself even though his son was involved in the Trench Coat Mafia and had been the cameraman for the videos the group made.

America has a long history of hiding the truth. Americans still don't know for sure who killed John Kennedy...how the FBI and the BATF handled Waco....or Ruby Ridge ...or any number of news events that have been stifled and re-crafted over time to present what some particular Whitehouse or state government wants as opposed to what really happened...

Americans will continue to be regarded as foolish pawns on the world stage when it comes to allowing their constitution and their media to be so easily manipulated...resulting in carnage and war.

The invasion of Iraq and the absence of WMDs....the admitted and re-directed responsibility for the WTC carnage...the list is long...

To be fair, no government American Canadian or British has any real interest in full disclosure. Although we celebrate living in "free" democracies and there are ample opportunities to point at other nations and cultures where "freedom" is obviously still only a myth....our freedoms are subject to the whimsy and corruption of governments to a significant degree as well...

there are a lot of people out there that know they been lied to, conned, whatever, BUT...in knowing that...means that they have 2 choices...do nothing and stay in denial and revert to name calling , abuse or ridicule, which is easier and so much safer, or get off their arse and do something about it....that means danger, to them and theirs.....so most take the easy way out... a false denial.
