Lottery numbers online ahead of draw

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation says it made a mistake when it posted online what appeared to be winning numbers for its Millionaire for Life draw — which doesn't take place until the end of February.
Tickets for the new national lottery are being sold all this month for a draw set for Feb. 28 in Montreal.
On Saturday, a web page with what seemed to be all the winning results appeared for nine hours before it was taken down.
John Matheson, a senior manager for corporate affairs at the company, says it was a test page that should never have been on the web in the first place.
"We regret the error — totally our mistake," he told CBC.
"We'll find out who made the error and who unlocked the page that made it onto the website. Certainly we will talk to them. It is not a mistake we appreciate. We understand human error occurs, but it shouldn't have been on the website."

Where does all that lottery money go anyways ???
Who is the watchdog we need more independant well paid watch dogs !!!
