NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking for suspects in the apparent sexual assault of a pit bull puppy in Newark.

The Associated Humane Societies of Newark was notified at 7 a.m. Tuesday by the Newark Police Department that a pit bull puppy had been sodomized by a local resident. An ambulance was dispatched to 321 Seth Boyden Terrace in Newark to rescue the injured animal.

"She was so cold to the touch, she's in shock. She's bleeding internally, and she couldn't even get up," Debbie Beyfuss of AHS told 1010 WINS. "We're all sick over this."

According to AHS, two female residents witnessed the situation but refused to get involved.

The Associated Humane Societies has posted a reward fund of $2,500 and the N.J. Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has met the $2,500, totalling $5,000.

"A reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of bestiality by this unknown perpetrator," AHS released in a statement.


The female brindle/white pit bull, about 10 months old, was taken to Garden State Veterinary Specialists for evaluation and medical care.

That is disgusting. The perpetrator of that should take a trip to the vet for a sleepy needle.

It boggles the mind to even consider why they would do such a thing. It is an incredible thing, to say the least, to do to the poor dog.

Yeah, you'd think they'd go for something attractive, like a poodle or a ****zu.

But look at that dog's face!!!!!......it looks like he's just come out of the prison shower and been asked to pick up the soap by the whole block Z!!!!!

you can just imagine Mike Tyson stood in the foorground shouting "come back and pick up this soap you bad boy!, Uncle Mikey's got a present for ya!!!!."

Still, some would suggest down our neck of the woods that the particular breed (the American Pitball) has caused a great deal more heartache to many here and his poor backside is a slight bit of retribution....of course I don't think like that.

(oh and that was automatic, I sid'nt specifically write ****zu, I wrote sh1tzu)

I just couldn't imagine picking a worse breed to do something like that to. if any breed out there is capable of chewing your junk off for you, it's a pitbull.

it does make me think the rather unpleasant though of how exactly he managed it... i mean how do u hold a pitbull down and rape it at the same time? The former would be hard enough on it's own

Muzzle and some roofies would do the trick I think.

That's like my tounge-in-cheek windup (which I heard in a southampton nightclub when a Canadian friend came down and he was getting a fair bit of name calling, but this one was particularly funny), it basically involves calling Canadian's "-- EXACTLY is that possible?...have you seen a moose?.

I had a moose calf decide it should race next to me down the road the other day, and we could see, from the seats of our minivan, clear under its belly. Seeing them in the ditches and such, it's easy to forget how immense they really are.

Whoever did it, probably felt more empowered for having done it yeah... that tends to be what abuse of any sort is about... making yourself feel more powerful by pounding something else into the ground. Sick and wrong, but almost everyone does it in some way shape or form... this is just one of the extreme ends of the spectrum, desperately needing mental help.

Daz, you and your fascination with moosef'rs crack me up. lol The concept is really strange because although you may get lucky enough to come close to a calf, the mthers or dads would tenderize you. Dads would simply because they are cranky all the time, mothers because they are protective.
I saw a mother moose kick the **** out of a little black sporty car one time because it passed me and got too close to the two kids. (I prevented them from passing me twice, but they were insistant, so I let em pass the 3rd time) The people inside weren't hurt but they were sure shaken and the vehicle was toast.
I saw 2 bulls massacre a snowplow nrear Prince George once. The snowblade looked like it was fashioned after a golfball. The 5-ton dual-axle gravel truck it was attached to looked like the black sporty car up to where the moose couldn't reach with their antlers. They dented the hell out of the dumpbox. Outrunning them is iffy too unless one has a vehicle because they can run at 35 MPH, maybe more. Some bulls can weigh close to a ton. And they stand 6 or 7 feet tall (shoulder) and are probably 6.5 feet to 9 feet long.
If someone's stupid enough to want to try a stunt like bestiality on a moose they will get what they deserve. Perhaps that's the punishment that the dogf'er should get.

Enough biology lesson for today, kids.

People who abuse animals also go on to abuse children. I'm all for an eye for an eye. Whoever did this should be raped up the ass.
Also, in the article it said to females witnessed this. They should be held accountable too. Why dont they say who did this?

I would be EXTREMELY hesitant to rat out anyone crazy enough to bugger a dog in front of me. seriously. think about the level of insanity involved there. You'd need to have extreme faith in the legal system putting a nut job like that away for longer than an animal abuse charge allows.
