He should become Canadian again; in fact, he should never have been required to give it up in the first place (thanks to Chretien's meddling).

Oh poor Conrad, boo hoo. A filthy rich man who wanted to be dubbed Lord blah blah so he gives up being a Canadian, now he wants to be Canadian again so he can? No, we don't need anymore felons in Canada, the British can have him.
