Looks like this guy slept right through it. Must have been in a really deep deep sleep. I would have thought the unbearable pain of being shot in the head would be enough to wake anyone who's still breathing. Apparently not.

I believe Mr. Bush the Lesser of Florida merely removed the legal obligation to retreat if possible before using lethal force in defense against felonious assault.

Seems perfectly rational to me.

If I am being attacked, why should I have to retreat?
