At a 1.04 a litre in places in Van. I predict by the middle of summer it will be 1.35a litre anybody else got any predictions?
i'll see your 1.35 and raise you .40.

based on the latest reports, they're expecting gas to break $150/bbl by the end of the year.

i haven't owned a car in years, and i may never again

Just looked up Ontario gas prices - as of today, Bradford is paying 83.3 and Pickle Lake / Wawa is paying $1.04
Thats about $4.50 a gallon!!! Sounds much better in litres???

I honestly think by Labour day gas will be at least $1.50 but more than likely around the $1.60- $1.75 area.

If oil keeps going up like it currently is I could see it pushing $2.00 by Boxing day.

Disproportionately, and the increase won't go to the drivers bearing the costs.

Tell them not to drive so much and to quit idling cars all day. Cops are the worst for that idling thing...they'll let them run all day if they can.

When I was working at the studio there was a murder in one of the boarding houses on the street. For three days there were between one and five police vehicles there...none of them ever shut off, nobody inside them.

If that's the policy, they need to change it.

I think it's funny that the biggest concern about this vehicle is that it makes no sound.

The solution to that is quite easy. Do as we did when we were kids, put baseball/hockey cards in the spokes of your wheels!

I heard about that on As It Happens last week. It's exactly the kind of thing we need to start coming onto the market.

I would ditch my moped for one of those bikes in a heart beat if they were availble. Actually I would let my daughter have my moped, if she wanted it.
