Easter Chocolate Not So Sweet

Did anybody else see the story on where the cocoa bean comes from last night on Global?It sure made me think twice about buying chocolate this year .I was not aware that the bean was picked by child labour and there working conditions and pay were horrendous!Just another bunch of corporations exploiting the third world.

Chocolate, bananas, pretty much any fruit or vegetable that comes from the third world, pretty much every piece of clothing that comes from the same place, most of your kids toys, the wiring harnesses in your car.

That's the reality of globalization, mom.

If we think of abondoning what are made with child labour , we have to abondon all most everything that come from the third world.

But wait till you taste!
