So I was listening to the new on a morning radio show on a local station, and like all music stations their news is not informative. Anyway, someone brought up that people are considering date rape drugs to be considered weapons. (I looked in the paper but couldn't find an article on it...) Yes? No?

I guess an arguement could be made it is a weapon since it incapasitates the person on the recieving end.

It is a weapon. If I beat or kill someone with a broom it's a weapon. . if a person uses an item to harm another person it does not matter what that item is.
And the dictionary agrees with me.
Not only should they be hung and shot but testicles completely removed and left a eunich in a common room at a prison for sexual predators with a empty jar of vasoline around their necks.

Whether the drugs are a weapon depends on how they are used. If you're giving them to somebody else so you can rape them, then they're a weapon. If you're giving taking them yourself, then you're...well...Nick Nolte, I guess.

Personally, I would prefer having a drink with Jennifer Tilly or Janeanne Garofalo,but you can imbibe with who you like.
Besides,just having a drink with Nickie might end up with him taking advantage of me by using the daterape drug..
