The Michigan owner of a Ford Mustang sports car didn't take kindly to it being stolen.
Tony Young jumped on to the boot - and held on while the thief drove at speeds of up to 80mph. Young phoned police on his mobile phone during the hijack, and they caught the thief within 10 minutes after he stopped the car in Flint.
Mr Young was unhurt, despite having recently had back surgery and being on sick leave from work. His car had been stolen previously, and he was determined to hang on to it.
