Andrew Gurza, who has cerebral palsy, is angry and feels he was discriminated against by Service Canada because an agent did not accommodate him while trying to renew a passport.
Probably some lazy civil servant who didn't want to get off their fat ass to help.. hope they fire whom ever refused to help.
