Looks to me like she's just trying to further her own career by destroying someone elses.

Oddly enough, slander/defamation suits can also arise from telling inconvenient truths.
But you watch, all the people who applauded that NBA team owner losing his team because of a mildly racist comment he made in the privacy of his own home, either won't say sh*t about this or will defend it.
