The guy was drunk, and when he sobered up he realized what he had done. Apologized to the driver for what he said and did and paid the driver 10,000 dollars to compensate him for the camera and what he had said. Now 2 years later the drive decides to put it out there again.

I guess the 10 grand was gone.
