This guy is a real monster. Sure would like to know where he was when the Highway of Tears murders were being committed! I'd a bet a lot of sh*t there and elsewhere could get cleared up if they put the clamps on his testicles.

Trudeau has nothing to do with it. The Charter didnt come til 8 years later. Even then it had nothing to do with him evading charges.
