Mon, Nov 24: A hacker group says it will ramp up attacks on Canadian institutions, after targeting the Supreme Court of Canada and other high-profile, official websites. The group says it’s in retaliation for the arrest of an Ottawa teen. Mike Le Couteur reports.

They generally try to hide behind an IP rouse, or use a hacked server to attack from..
