It's always someone else's fault

No joke, there's a stand-up comic in NYC that's suing the city because she fell on to the subway tracks because she was to busy texting and the train operator didn't stop fast enough

If she was texting or otherwise focused on her phone, then no amount of signs or barriers would have helped her stupid azz.

Do I get to sue the city when I am focusing directly at my mobile while crossing into a god damn freeway and then get hit by a truck?

Can I sue to city because they didn't have a sign for me to not see with a stickman looking down at a cell phone with a big red crossed out circle on it, stating the friggin obvious??

You need to aware of your surroundings at all times, especially when you are not stationary.... And even more so when you are near dangerous locations.

She's a fk'n idiot who wasn't paying attention, who can't afford her medical bills and has obviously stooped to suing for her own stupidity because she can't do anything else.
