Former Vice President D*ck Cheney predicts U.S. will face deadly, nuclear attack within decade

D*ck Cheney's gone nuclear.

The former vice president offered a prediction that the U.S. will face a deadly terrorist attack within a decade — and a nuclear weapon could be used.

“I think there will be another attack, and next time, I think it’s likely to be far deadlier than the last one,” he said on the Hugh Hewitt radio show Tuesday.

“Imagine what would happen if somebody could smuggle a nuclear device, put it in a shipping container and drive it down the Beltway outside Washington, D.C.,” Cheney added.

The gloomy Gus also speculated with Hewitt about life in the U.S. under martial law, which he said would likely be imposed in the event of another attack similar to 9/11.

Could is a lot different than will. Perhaps BHO will instigate an attack before November '16 so he can stay in golf mode for many more years to come under martial law.

Brought to you by the guy who started two deadly wars under false pretenses. Dr. Strangelove should know about these things because he helps organize them. Why is this prick not in jail?

As long asslick d ick and his cohorts are not in power the chances of a newclear war are slim indead. The chances go up exponentially with the number of republicans in government.

He could be right, and America's worst nightmare is just around the corner ..

As a truck driver you see the concern of a nuclear device being transported to a major city.. the scales have radiation detector panels...

The scales have radiation detectors because radioactive waste travels by truck

Last year or possibly the year before the cable suplier I deal wth sent a load of scrap cable to Washington smelter because the money is good delivered right to the smelter. Unfortunately, unknown to him some of the scrap was from used sandline from oil drilling. Somehow this cable manages to pick up enough uranium to set off the detectors at the boarder. Much problems at the boarder.

Cheney has been on this kick for decades. All kinds of people can build a nuclear weapon....Not many can deliver one. There used to be talk about a suitcase nuke but who is going to deliver it? An unshielded weapon would ring bells everywhere. A shielded weapon would weigh tons.

Radioactive waste for a dirty bomb is easy enough. Getting it past security is a lot trickier. A fissionable device requires intelligence and patience. What are the chances of finding either among nutty control freaks?

Just like North Korea being a threat with a nuke the size of two semi trailers. How do move one of those by rocket?

BTW. Cheney looks nothing like in the photo any longer. Why did the writers use that photo? If they used a current one nobody would believe the story?

Fear is an excellent way to sell ads.
