That's a punk a rap punk. In the old days he'd be gainfully employed on a farm, five or six thousand bails of hay would build character but this twit dosn't have that opportunity I guess.
Too stupid to be allowed to roam freely. Fortunately, most of our young folk are not crackhead rap/terrorist wannabes.
