That's always been my solution for disposing of nuclear waste. Put it in hot dogs. Hell, folks who eat hot dogs have already shown they don't give a damn what they put in their bodies.
Hotdogs are better meat than you think.

Almost all of the food we eat is GMO.
Not even close unless you're eating nothing but soy beans and canola oil.

A breakthrough report on the nutritional density of genetically-modified (GM) corn crops demolishes all existing claims that GMOs are “substantially equivalent” to non-GMOs. Entitled 2012 Nutritional Analysis: Comparison of GMO Corn versus Non-GMO Corn, the paper reveals not only that GMO corn is greatly lacking in vitamins and minerals compared to non-GMO corn, but also that it is highly toxic and filled with deadly crop chemicals like glyphosate (Roundup).

Ever hear of Luther Burbank? He genetically modified a lot of the foods we eat today.
Norman Borlaug also springs to mind. Anyone study Gregor Mendel in High School biology? He was a gene modifier in the 1800's

You get that being GMO isn't what makes it 'full of roundup' right? And if it's full of roundup, then it likely wasn't farmed well. Which would explain a lack of vitamins.

That kind of skewed research is a hallmark of the organics industry.

Bad farming creates nutrient depleted, pesticide reliant produce. That doesn't mean the actual seed or genetic structure is to blame.

What foods haven't been GMOed?
Very few. Don't you know the Dewey Decimal System or how to use google?

There is no round up "in the grain". The farming is just fine.

Would you expect vitamins and trace elements in corn going for etthanol and sweeteners?

GMO fears do not 'translate to the average consumer' - Canada - CBC News

We don't care what we eat.

We don't have a choice ??

Good article even if it is by the "lefty" CBC
GMO foods aren't necessarily bad. I have no doubt some things are actually better because of it, but I also have no doubt that genetic engineering also introduces its own sets of hazards.
There's not really a whole lot of information from results of studies yet, so in the meantime, my family is careful to keep consumption of engineered foods to a minimum. Besides, we actually like growing stuff or trading for stuff that neighbors have grown. There are quite a few of us around here that prefer garden veggies and backyard critters over the tasteless crap in stores.

That's always been my solution for disposing of nuclear waste. Put it in hot dogs. Hell, folks who eat hot dogs have already shown they don't give a damn what they put in their bodies.
There's nothing like sausages of whatever sort made from homegrown or wild spices, herbs, and critters. So that's not necessarily true for everyone.

Almost all of the food we eat is GMO.
Again, that's not necessarily true.

What foods haven't been GMOed?
GE Crops and Foods (On the Market) / Topics / Resources / Take Action - Canadian Biotechnology Action Network - CBAN

Most have. Wild game is about the only food not changed by man through some sort of genetic manipulation.
Nonsense.
