NEW YORK, N.Y. — Diplomats from Canada are among those who walked out on Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as the Iranian president took the podium today at the UN General Assembly.

The Canadian delegation also walked out on the controversial leader’s speech last year.

Canada’s controversial decision to cut diplomatic ties with Iran has elevated tensions between the two countries.

In the past, Ahmadinejad has used the UN spotlight to attack Israel, cast doubt on the Holocaust and question American accounts of the 9-11 attacks.

Why leave? It's like Yuk Yuks but without a cover charge and two drink minimum.

If I were a Canadian delegate I'd order in some back ribs and enjoy the show.

US Envoys Stay Seated For Ahmadinejad’s UN Speech, Israel Walks Out Alone!



When Iranian President Ahmadinejad ascended the podium to speak on the rule of law at the UN today, Israeli UN envoy Ron Prosor rose from his seat and walked out alone, while the U.S. envoys remained seated.


The fact that nobody walked out on Ahmadinejad has sent a clear message to Netanyahu that the days when Israel could demand other nations send their children to war with Israel’s enemies are numbered.

US diplomats have no balls.. staying seating, go figure when you have a leader (Obama) that sucks Ahmadinejad **** like a wild bitch.

Well some people think there's finally a difference of opinion between big Satan and little Satan. One wants to proceed to hell immeadiately while the other wants to review options for a bit longer. After all global death and destruction is a big step.

None of this really makes any difference. The Israelis will examine speech very closely to see if they can quote some poorly translated phrase out of context for propaganda purposes. Later the Iranians will walk out on the Israeli PM, yet they'll also closely examine the Israeli speech to mine it for propaganda.

Heard today on the McGlaughlin Report, and Pat Buchanan said, "According to 16 studies done by the USA, Iran does not have, and is not making nuclear weapons."

Love Bibi's bomb in the news, real Wile E Coyote style. When are Baird and Harper going to move to Israel?

So now Pat Buchanan is a foreign affairs genius.....right.

Personally, I think Bibi's little animated visual aid was aimed at folks with the intellectual abilities of your average 5 year old.....about right for a lecture at the United Nations.
