Unfortunately Kato can say what he wants and everyone can believe what they want but a jury spoke and said he didn't do it. Case closed. Double jeopardy is there for a reason and this is a prime example. It don't matter if he confesses now he was found not guilty and that is how the record will stand forever.

Personally I still am not sure. Quite probable but with inept police work and a big fat racist liar as the star witness he probably got the right verdict. If the case was over John Smith from north Dakota it wouldn't have been news for more than a day.
