Be forewarned...it's not a very pleasant thing to watch if you choose to.

Showing a man screaming for his life as he is buried alive at gunpoint, this could be the most shocking video yet to emerge from Syria.
While it is impossible to independently verify whether this short one-minute clip is genuine, it is still both powerful and disturbing - a sick reminder of a brutal civil battle for supremacy the West appears powerless to prevent.

Propoganda or not, a man is seen buried up to his neck and surrounded by a handful of soldiers allegedly loyal to President Bashar al-Assad's brutal regime.

Wonder why it is always video that supports the rebel cause automatically, no evidence needed. With som supposed military defections having happened uniforms would not be a problem. Guilty until prove innocent and even they if they did the story would not be published.

These guys are known for having no respect for civilian lives and having civilians (and others) killed (and known about in the news media) and then blamed on Government forces.

Your incoherent nature aside, I really don't care what side who was on. The fact that they can do it, and even justify doing it. Are the parts I find most disgusting.

But please don't let that impede your whitewashing of it.

Carry on.

Could be fake, like Wolf Blitzer's reports from Iraq cir. 1991. (Read, fake palm trees and a fan in the studio.)

Still, even if it is faked the government is still killing people wholesale, that is a fact. And no, of course I don't have a f~cking link.

We are again talking about another Middle East Country that is at war with itself and
anyone else they can find to drag in. We have a dictatorship in power, and a nasty
guy at that. We have a group of nasty people who want power and the Muslim,, yes
the Muslim Brotherhood will institute a dictatorship of their own to cure the problems
of the past.
Truth is there are no nice people here, they are fighting a civil war, and we would do
well to keep our nose out of it. What if the collective European powers had stepped
into the American Civil War? Do you think we would have the America of today if that
had happened? These people are going to fight it out until they determine enough
blood has been shed, just like the conflict in Civil War America.
Yes a rebel got covered up alive, horrific as that might be, God knows what that same
person did to someone else a week ago. Remember there is no beauty in this kind of
conflict. There is suffering from those engaged in conflict and those living in its midst.
The fact is until the settle their differences, they cannot learn to live as neighbours.
That is clearly going to take some time.

Well I have a link that says rebel forces are the ones doing all the civilian killings, intentionally.

(in part)
Syrian opposition leaders Thursday demanded an emergency meeting of the UN, following the reported killing of more than 100 people in the city of Hama, though Russia blamed rebels for stoking the unrest.

Are they from the same sources that claimed a French General and French Troops, aiding rebels, were captured in a rebel encampment?

If so, you can keep them. They're as idiotic and full of shyte as you are.

Update: Updates are never published in their true form.

This new form of warfare, slaughter of people in nations (mostly non military) and installing a person that only has the interests for people that are not part of that Nation. Saudi Arabia can't even get a protest going yet they are considered to be doing 'just fine'.

Isn't the west form of democracy working so well that now PressTV is supposed to be censored in some countries. Is that part of our new found freedom? You would think a healthy mental brain would be better off getting a few from two sides of the same coin and be able to arrive at the 'correct version', assuming that is even the goal. Keeping the herd thin would be the end result even if that was not an intended consequence.
Should Syria deal with the protesters in the new Democratic way, change the park rules or make permits unobtainable. Gunning them down does end protest early but gets bad press. Gunning them down and then blaming others for doing it should be investigated by the 99% and the traitors to humanity exterminated. In fact Government positions should be applied to all family members, one is a traitor the rest are also forbidden from any involvement in that profession. That is a step up from killing the whole family as was done with no backlash only 100 years ago. About the same time a pretty ladies ankle in public didn't end up in gun-fight between the 'oh so many boys'. Can't understand why some nations resist democracy.

The mid-east isn't a two sided coin, more like a 16 sided one. The theory of stuff that follows the history of the creation of supply and demand and the rewards for the ones who move the various products. The only real winners as supplies and purchasers are never given a choice as to what is on the menu. For every product found a demand for it will be artificially created. War is also a product and one of the most profitable for that group. Did I mention that their welfare was the only one that counted?

That was the most disturbing thing I've watched since those beheading videos that came out of Iraq years ago.

You have to be kidding, wasn't there a site called orgish or something like that some years back. Didn't see anything that was remotely fair and any farmer can show the best ways to butcher something when needed. I doubt any of the Secret Service Types learn from a textbook. Just sayin if you don't stop a rabid dog you can truly expect lose your ass almost first time you turn your back. Nuff said?
Gotta respect that biker that has his face split by a broken chain traveling at high speed, I'm pretty sure I would have passed out drunk or not.

Not like it's a contest in my world., I'm hoping it is due to a slow day so a few more 'what if's' are allowed as a warm up to catching up on the 'who thought this **** up' thread that I'm not going to start as it would engulf the world into a single tear. Little concerned that the death troll is creeping upward before it become objectionable. Killing 30 m or so over a long period is allowed but a clean sweep is only allowed something under 10,000 for intentional and 1M for the natural ones. You would think a building built by water that can move at speed should have some sort of airbag that can be deployed automatically once an alarm is sounded. The drop in insurance costs would pay for itself in just a few years and the devices would be good for 10x that at least.

The only thing consistent 'out here' is the cash reward stays at zero once expenses are met.

Here is some more to ignore, lol. Back to business, ugly and predictable.

Syria faces neo-mujahideen struggle
By Victor Kotsev

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad may have won a battle earlier this year (as the retreat of the Free Syrian Army from the ruined city of Homs testifies), but he is nowhere near winning the war. The uprising is quickly turning into a full-scale insurgency - a foreign-sponsored insurgency, to be more precise, which some analysts term a "neo-mujahideen strategy".

After Saturday's unanimous vote, the lines at the United Nations Security Council have blurred somewhat: Resolution 2043, introduced by Russia, authorized the sending of 300 unarmed military observers to supervise the implementation of the latest peace plan spearheaded by United Nations peace envoy and former secretary general Kofi Annan.

By most accounts, however, this is no more than a token gesture, which will not stop the bloodshed, but may win some time for all
sides to regroup and to shore up their strategy. The status quo is clearly unsustainable, but an ominous silence, at least as concerns the next big moves, has set in.

Surely yopu have some 'insight' on how France will claim the prize. Not a good idea considering that when the STL trial exposes that France did have an solid explanation for how that creator was created and it doesn't jive with Syria having any part, if anything it shows that Israel was unwilling to provide the data to investigators that were made available by some hacked footage of an Israeli drone that captured the event live. Notice how a 6 week adjournment thing is now approaching 15 months?

I love it when the cheerleaders show up. Seems it's always the usual crowd cheering the same thing, Deadly violence but only when one side has a hand tied. That the same group Israel had on speed-dial (50,000 of them) that they were willing to sent to Libya cause the Rebels weren't willing to kill their own citizens for the 'greater good'?

"good alQaeda" ???? LOL

Just look how out of step you are with the 'official NATO' message.

(in part)
Major General Robert Mood, head of the U.N. observer mission in Syria, called on all sides to "stop the violence" upon his arrival in Damascus on Sunday.
"To achieve the success of the Kofi Annan plan, I call on all sides to stop violence and help us continue the cessation of armed violence," Mood told reporters.
"We will work for the full implementation of the six-point Annan plan which the Syrian government agreed to. To achieve this, we now have 30 monitors on the ground, and in the coming days we will double this figure," he said, adding that the number would "rapidly" increase to 300.
The veteran Norwegian peacekeeper's arrival came as at least eight people were killed in violence across Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Better go turn yourself in Komrade, this is NATO friendly prison.

US and allies ramp up plans for military intervention in Syria

By Chris Marsden
30 April 2012

Accusations that the Syrian government is either wholly or mainly responsible for breaches of the United Nations’ ceasefire are meant to provide a pretext for military intervention by the imperialist powers and their proxies.
The US and European media, meanwhile, is acting as a barely concealed propaganda instrument tasked with preparing public opinion for the latest criminal adventure in the Middle East—a war for regime change in Syria to follow those waged in Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan.
Saturation coverage was given to an explosion in Hama, with “opposition” sources cited to claim that a Scud missile attack had destroyed a building, accompanied by the usual inflated casualty figures. The more believable explanation that the explosion was due to an accident at a building used as a bomb factory was relegated to an aside.
The same holds true of the widespread reporting of “shock footage” of a journalist supposedly being “buried alive” by Syrian troops—a video so obviously staged and badly scripted that even supporters of the opposition have deemed it as a fake.

More proof that were have no morals left, this is widely know, even by the members here yet no condemnation. It really show how two-faced some people are. Enough to make a buzzard gag.
