We need to get back in there and cleanse their bodily fluids.

Of course the killing continues. It will get a LOT worse, because the various factions of Muslims hate each other much more than they do us.

We can all that that Zarqawi fellow who brought Al-Queda into the 20th centure with his beheading videos.... He was a major figure in turning the factions against each other, especially after the Golden Mosque was bombed... Bush made a mistake by invading the country, but he did ok the final troop surge which did wonders for his forces and to an extent the civilans there and did in fact stem some of the violence....

Is Bush still to blame?

Yes, both of the Bushes, in fact, but that is another story.

Take a country which is reasonably stable after many revolutions, and completely destabilize it supplanting its tyrannical but stable government with a popular party and you will see how extreme the tyranny of the majority can be. Do so, and you are responsible for the consequences.

This is after all, a region where half of the Muslims hate the other half of the Muslims and they all hate the Kurdish half of the population (yes I know that doesn't add up, but that is racism for you).

Well then, that has to be a first, a stable country with a leader who has killed one to two million of the residents!
