TORONTO - A father who forced his young daughter to fellate him on three occasions should be imprisoned for two years less a day, a Crown attorney implored a judge Friday.

Prosecutor Jason Gorda said the 38-year-old Scarborough man deserved the maximum reformatory sentence plus three years of probation for his eggregious breach of trust against his nine to 10-year-old child, which left her with a sexually transmitted disease.
Defence lawyer Kurt Wildman asked Madam Justice Frances Kiteley to impose a six-month sentence against his client, who risks deportation to his native Jamaica if she metes out more than six months.

The accused came to Canada as a 13-year-old in 1986 and has lived almost all his life here.

At least he got to Court.

My father-in-law *wolf swallows to keep from puking* - born and raised in a seven-generation family - diddled all his kids over two decades and will never be punished here.

And his lawyers only concern is that the guy not get deported. Should go right away. Take the lawyer with him. No concern for the girl or protecting any other kids at all.

Oh my God. We sure don't want to lose this one to deportation now, do we?

You, of course, do realize that it is his lawyers job and responsibility to do everything he legally can to mitigate this in his clients favour. Otherwise an appeals avenue will be opened big enough for him to get off scott free. Or is that what you hope for?

We're going turn this disturbing story of a worthless pedophile into an immigration-bashing fest?
