Good music with bad lyrics

I was at work today listening to some music and the sound was incredible but the lyrics just didn't do the trick for me. I was listening to Minus the Bear's new album OMNI, a band that I really like for their musical compositions, but their lyrics are sub-par most of the time in my opinion.

So I wanted to hear your opinions......

One of the popular tunes in the 1930's had lyrics that said:

"You push the first valve down, and the music goes round and round, and it comes out here"

"You push the second valve down, and the music goes round and round, and it comes out here.

"Oh whoa oh whoa oh, and it comes out here"

You want to talk silly lyrics, this is NOT a new problem at all.
