I have searched online to find a book that examines the Canadian Rights & Freedoms. I study Constitutions as a hobby. The internet doesn't really provide "verifiable" information. Does anyone know of any book?

Example, for the US Constitution, one of the best books that does a thorough analysis would be "America's Constitution: A Biography" by Akhil Reed Amar, an American Constitutional Scholar.

If anyone can recommend anything, I would appreciate it.

Here is a list from Amazon. I would check the credit limit on your VISA first. Knowledge about Canada does not come cheap.

Well you can't link to the list. This is the search Canada charter rights freedoms

The best I've seen are text books. However, I do have a really good book entitled "Charter Conflicts" by Janet Hiebert. I know it's listed here http://www.mqup.mcgill.ca/book.php?bookid=257 for $80.00, but that' s not what I paid for it! More than likely $40. It's pretty good and may give you some points of reference for further research. I highly recommend it.
