hmmm...Toronto is still one of the safest cities in North America. I beleive it has a homicide rate per 100,000 of less than 2. Winnipeg and Edmonton have a homicide rate double that......and American cities like Detroit and Washington have murder rates almost 20 times the rate seen in Toronto.....so I don't buy all the drama queen BS coming from Toronto.
