Help me make a "Canadian CD" for my Yankee friends

I am making a Canadian gift package for some of my american friends and i am requiring some assistance. I need some help picking some Canadian songs to my cd. If you can give me some great Canadian songs that i should consider. I am going to put on Sarah McLaughlin, Chantal Kreviazuk, and Blue Rodeo..but im not sure what specific songs i should include.

So give me some great song/artist ideas that showcases Canada's talent!
