PBS ran "No Direction Home: Bob Dylan" directed by Martin Scorsese on Sept. 26th & 27th, and it was well worth it for any Dylan fan.

They then followed with two more nights of documentaries, "Get Up, Stand Up!" on the influence of protest folk and rock music on civil rights protestors, and "The Sixties" about the civil rights movement, the anti war movement, and all the various splinter movements — women's liberation, gay pride, etc. — that found its roots in the radicalization of the sixties.

Eight hours of great programming by PBS!
