Not sure if this is a place to type this sort of issue, but my Rogers voicemail is not working properly and they aren't able to help me out. The VM works fine when you directly call my cell phone however when my VOIP phone forwards a call to my cell, the VM does not pick up. It did work great for a number of months but suddenly stopped about a month ago. Rogers tells me it is something with my VOIP phone. Has anybody heard of this problem or have any suggestions?

Note when the cell is answered the forwarded call is great. Also note it just simply keeps ringing and ringing.
