K750 Poor Service

Hi, just wondering what the correlation is with my K750i and extremely poor service in the Ontario area. My friend also has a K750, and he's experiencing the same problem. I'm getting no network coverage in the same area where a Rogers Blackberry 7280 and a Nokia 3595 have full to near full coverage.
I have a feeling it's because the K750 is tri band, and therefore missing one of the bands that Rogers uses, but I could be wrong? Any suggestions on what to do?

Very simple.
Ontario needs 850mhz, in which your K750 doesn't have.
K750 is only 900/1800/1900mhz, so the phone will only operate on 1900mhz in North America.

Nokia 3595 and Blackberry 7280 both has 850/1900mhz, so these phones will work on both fequencies.

Get yourself the w810i, it's also the same specs as K750, but quad-band with 850!
