Fido - A New Low In Sleaze!!

I'm posting this for anyone who is thinking of going with Fido:
I received a crappy sim card, and when I requested a refund, fido would only refund me the price of the sim card, but not the airtime card that was put on the account that didn't work.

Here's where Fido hits a new low in Sleaze: when i asked the
customer service rep, "Felix" if it bothered him that they took my
money, and didn't give me anything in return, he said "No".
Think twice about giving a company like this your hard earned
money!!
