I got a Razr v3 from Telus, and I was wondering if it were possible to be able to download ringtones and pictures without having to pay 9694680349 $$ to get them from the Telus websites.

I Got the USB data wire, or would I need to get blue-tooth to do that?..

Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Here is the way to do it:
The only carrier that does this with v3c is the Telus version:

This is the solution at short for the telus razor ringtone problem
Loaded about 20 mp3 ringtones i wanted off MPT (version 4.0.4b)
closed MPT

Download/Install BitPim (version 0.8.07)
-Phone type -> 'Other CDMA Phone'
-Com Port -> browse -> 'Motorola USB modem'

View -> view filesystem
Will show the filesystem tab, click the plus sign and it will retreive the files on your

phone (takes a couple of seconds)
delete the 2 files
-"MyToneDB.db"
-"TmpTneDB.db"
reboot

then it should
regenerate those 2 files after the phone is rebooted
