Moving to Montreal, what service provider should I go with?

I am moving to Montreal for the summer. I have a tri band phone and I'm looking for the cheapest pay as you go sim card with the most credit and best rates.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I think Fido is cheaper....
Either for GSM (sim card) there's only Fido and Rogers.
