unlocked gsm triband cellphone

Would like some information if possible.....where in Canada can I buy a unlocked gsm triband cellphone? I'm leaving for the Dominican Republic and Cuba shortly,next week, and need a cellphone I can use in those countries. E-Bay I notice sells them. But with the way E-Bay and Paypal is set up, and me being in Canada and the sellers in the U.S., requiring a confirmed address to ship to, it's hard to explain, but I'm pretty sure some people here know what of I'm speaking of. So if I can use a Canadian seller it would simplify matters. I just want a phone, no plans, or tied to any carrier, and prices in the E-Bay range. Thanks.

Ebay has the best price, then again, there is also a risk of scamming.

Posting a site of a place that sell stuff or naming them are forbidden in this forum, you might wanna search around google.

if your in toronto go to pacific mall, you can get one for a reasonable price.

Just watch out for the negotiations

Got one in Toronto....didn't know there were so many stores selling them....going to Havana tomorrow and will use it there
