Hi all CC members,
I'm currently using the Sony Ericsson W800i (AKA the Walkman Phone), and I'll do the review with in this or next week.

This is the phone that isn't sold any Canadian Provider.
W800i is from the same family of the W600i/W550i, Sony Ericsson's Walkman series.

If you have question to ask, don't hesitate, post them here.

As for now, SO FAR SO IMPRESSIVE!!!!!

See ya all soon.

on W600i is only 1.3MP. I haven't really play with the W600i yet, but the W800i is really amazing. The only downside for the W800i is, it doesn't have 850mhz, but it still offering great RF performance so far.

Sony Ericsson's S700i is the coolest phone I've ever owned.
I love O2 XDA Exec II (http://www.my-xda.com/xdaexec_what.html) as well, but it's bulky as a Nalgene water bottle!

Here are the main difference

W800i
Tri-Band 900/1800/1900Mhz
GSM/GPRS
Support to 2GB Memory stick duo

W810i
Quad-Band 850/900/1800/1900mhz
GSM/GPRS/EDGE
Support to 4GB Memory stick duo
And it has a slightly better screen.

I've had a chance to play with both now that we finally got the 810 in. The 810 is by far a better phone than the 600, especially in terms of the phone's footprint and its expansion capabilities. Removing the pin system that holds the swiveling pieces of the phone together on the 600 sold it for me; that thing just screams 'angry customer' a year from now.

Of couse, there's always cost to consider; one is half the price of the other on a 3-year contract. At least Sony is offering some choice on Rogers now.
