Rogers Email to MMS

Is there anyway one can send an mms to a rogers mms capable cellphone from a computer by attaching a picture or ringtone etc. in an email? If so how and what address do you send it to?

i believe their 10 digit number at rogers.com

nope, it doesn't work.

MMS has to be :
Phone @ Phone
or
Phone @ PC

But no PC @ phone.
