problem viewing mms pic

Hi, Can anyone help with this problem?:
My phone is Sharp Gx32, I can't view the pic when recived mms, it said click link below 2 view, and it gives the rogers picture messaging website, but how do I click the link? so I click option and select url, I can get to rogers mms website, it showed my pic album but there's no pic there either.
Much appriciated if anyone can give me info. thanks.

First, I'm pretty sure you already have the settings for wap and mms.
Now, my question is, is this your first time receiving MMS? If it is, I would it's normal. After the first time, you should be able to view the picture directly from your phone. But then again, you'll need to verify your phone settings.
