3G Cellsites

Hi,
I wonder if someone can help me with the 3G phones. i am quite interested in finding the Cell ID, a 3G phone would logon to. i would like to determine the coverage area of a particular cell. Does anybody know if there is a special utility that would do the above-mentioned jobs? If so, where i can get it ?

hi,
referring to the above question, i wonder if there is a 3G phone which reveals the scrambling code of the BTS. for argument purposes, say if i have the details of the scrambling code of the BTS, how do i identify the BTS(cell ID)?
