Hey whats up?

Just got a phone, I like it...

my question is,

when im looking for ringtones, a screen "browse by letter" or "browse by artist" comes up, i choose browse by letter for example... and there is no letters to chose from. I'm kinda forced to use my home computer to look for ringtones... any ideas?

BTW I've already emailed them days ago without response.

this mite be possibly because its a new phone, the software hasnt been updated. In my experience emailing regular customer support is useless i suggest calling into client care to see whether u need a software upgrade for the phone or whether the phone is currently configured correctly to access downloads. New phones tend to take a while before all the extra functions work
