I'm having problem sending MMS with my Motorola V80 phone. It asks for the server name inside the MMS setup "server Info". Will anyone knows what will that be? It should start with http://

Thanks

Your phone is unlock, so you'll need Rogers MMS settings.

Here is Rogers Official settings :

APN: media.com
Username: media
Password: mda01
Gateway IP: 172.25.0.107
Message Server: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com

If that still doesn't work, please contact Rogers customer Service to confirm that they've added the option of pay per use services of MMS in your account.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Dear Kalok,

I found out that my MMS did not work successfully. After putting in the settings you provided, my phone showed that the message was sent. However, the other end had never received my message. I was testing with another member of my home with a Motorola E680 phone, also with Rogers. Before we input the information you provided, both phones showed that message failed to sent. Now that we've input the settings, status showed that message was sent, but we never receive each other's message. I've called Rogers and they just provided me the same MMS settings which you had already provided. And even though my phone showed that message was sent, Rogers said nothing had ever left my phone.

My question, I have another set of GPRS settings in my web session which allows me to access the browser. With the MMS settings you provided, does that mean I have to create another web session for MMS? The MMS settings are not as detailed as the GPRS settings. What should I put in the homepage section? (Where I put http://mymobilehomepage.com for the GPRS settings) Below the IP address, what should I put for port #? It's in default 9201. Is service type also WAP? Do I leave the Service Type/gateway IP/port 2 blank?

Many thanks.
