importinging ring tones and background(Sony Ericsson T310)

Hey all, have a quick question:

Just got myself a Sony Ericsson T310 model, and I was wondering how you would import a) a new ringing tone, say a part of a song I have no CD, and b) your own scanned photo as the phones background?
