I do believe the behavior of the border guards at the Rainbow Bridge is out of control. Who is in charge of them ? I have already complained to the government, but it has fallen on deaf ears. I was so traumatized when I tried to bring back a 7 week old Miniature Schnauzer pup on August 29, 2010...
