Moving to Manitoba

Hi Everyone,
I am moving to Manitoba in a few months time from France, with my wife and two children (aged 10 & 12).
The new job is approx 50 miles west of Winnipeg, and we are looking at renting a place for the first six months. Any help on the areas would be of great help.

Welcome and good luck to you.... I hope you and your family find good fortune....

Here is the Manitoba website and from there you can probably find other places to visit....

Be concerned with the weather as it is very cold during the winters there - don't know where you live in France but you may experience a climate change...

Also you can probably access the newspapers in Winnipeg or wherever you are going to locate some classified rentals in the area..... or contact a real estate company to give you address of a renter's management company.

Where in western Manitoba will you be working? In the winter 50 miles can be a long drive. This may not be manageable from Winnipeg,
