What you think of Halifax?

I've been thinking about moving to Halifax. What are the pros and the cons of this city?

Maritimers are generally very nice people. Halifax has lots of bars and pubs and also has a lot of historical sites.

It is a very old city and the downtown streets are narrow and poorly laid out, leading to some pretty bad traffic conditions.

I grew up in Dartmouth, across the harbour, and I'd have no problems moving to Halifax if the right job came along.

Hamilton, Halifax, I guess they are easy get confused

don't worry lol...I'm trying to get the more info I can so I can choose between Hamilton and Halifax which in fact are very different cities.

Do you know what the most important and Historic fact of Halifax is? well I do..... Beside hangin with the Irvings! It's where a Hero Named Nick Reilly was born o and theres alot of stories that surround him still to this day. Hey Sue
