More than 40,000 pounds of live lobster were strew over a New Brunswick highway Wednesday when the tractor-trailer hauling the crustaceans tipped over.
The truck was shipping the lobster from Yarmouth, N.S., to Boston when it dumped its load near the Saint John Harbour Bridge, sending crates all along the highway, The ChronicleHerald reported.
It's not sure why the tractor-trailer flipped, but it was a mess for those driving that section of highway Thursday morning with bridge traffic down to one lane both ways as the lobster cleanup continued.
